If I have started the project in anyway and you cancel the project there will be no refund.

If I am unable to complete the project in a decent amount of time or I am overbooked then I will contact you, discuss a timeframe and if you are not happy with that time frame, I will then issue a refund.

This is going to vary by project. Branding projects I can typically have done within a week (If I am not overbooked). Website and product migration times will vary. I will discuss this with you directly prior to the start of any project and if you don’t like the time frame available I can offer you a refund.
